Identity and Purpose

• Legends Poker is operated as a business of Marchionna Pacific Pty Limited.
• Legends Poker partners with venues and administers poker tournaments for entertainment purposes.

Policies and Procedures

Tournament rules and procedures are posted on legendspoker.com.au and are based on the Poker Tournament Directors Association 2026 Rules Version 1.0. Sept. 6, 2026, as amended by Legends Poker. • Legends Poker Tournament point systems, payout structures and game structures are provided on legendspoker.com.au.
• The Legends Poker Member Charter is posted on legendspoker.com.au.
• The Legends Poker Privacy Policy is posted on legendspoker.com.au and contains the video and media consent policy and cookie policy. Photographs, video recordings, live streams and tournament-related media may be captured and used by Legends Poker for league administration, promotion, marketing and historical purposes. Members may opt out of inclusion in media by notifying Legends Poker in writing, subject to the limitations outlined in the policy.
• By accessing legendspoker.com.au, registering as a member of Legends Poker, becoming a host for Legends Poker events, or participating in a Legends Poker event you agree to the content of items listed here under policies and procedures as well as Legends Poker full terms and conditions. At any time, should Legends Poker amend the contents of the above mentioned, and publish such, the new content becomes the basis of the agreement.
• All participants also agree to the policies, procedures, rules and terms and conditions of Legends Poker partners in relation to Legends Poker events at a partner venue.

Eligibility

• All participants must be 18 years or older and provide valid photo identification on request.
• Legends Poker may honour a partner venue request to remove a participant from an event and/or future events at that venue.

Membership

• Legends Poker administers a league and website registration system.
• Membership is required to participate in league qualifying tournaments.
• Membership may be refused, suspended or terminated by Legends Poker for any reason at any time.
• Any member may withdraw from membership at will. To withdraw your membership or to update or correct any membership information, please send notification to legends@legendspoker.com.au
• Members are opted in to receive communication from Legends Poker about future events and league news. To opt out, please send notification to legends@legendspoker.com.au . Tournament Directors may also field opt-out requests in person.

Seat Registrations & Cancellations

• Registering for a seat confirms your entry to a specific event.
• Please cancel if you cannot attend to release the seat can to the next player.
• Legends Poker may cancel an event at any time without notice. If an event is cancelled, all entry fees will be returned.

Liability

Legends Poker runs skill-based tournaments for entertainment. If you participate and suffer a loss or problem, our liability is limited to refunding your buy-in. You take part at your own risk, and Legends Poker are not responsible for losses beyond the amount you paid to enter.
